The BCAE is launching a new series called Restaurant "R & D" for Research & Development. Known for its deep roots in the Boston chef community, the BCAE will connect chefs and restaurateurs who are looking to test new menus and concepts or who are opening new restaurants with a ready, willing, and eager group of diners to test run their new ideas and creations.

The new series will give the chefs and restaurateurs an opportunity to showcase their menus, cuisine and concepts, and have the diners give direct, transparent feedback. It also gives diners an opportunity to stay connected with their favorite chefs while they are in transition or just looking to test out something different.
