On April 19th, from 6:30pm-9:30pm, the BCAE is throwing our first annual “What’s Your Beef?” fundraiser - raising forks & funds for the BCAE and our tuition voucher program, which offers free classes to our partnered social services agencies.

Get ready, as nine of Boston’s premier chefs are tasked with breaking down & serving up their designated cut of beef. Taste what Jamie Bissonnette does with short ribs and try sirloin by Ming Tsai. Perfectly crafted cocktails will be provided by English Bill Codman and our silent & live auction will be hosted by NECN’s Jenny Johnson.
