On April 18th, from 6:30pm-9:00pm, the BCAE is throwing our second annual “What’s Your Beef?” fundraiser - raising forks & funds for the BCAE and our tuition voucher program, which offers free classes to our partnered social services agencies.

Get ready, as nine of Boston’s premier chefs are tasked with breaking down & serving up their designated cut of beef. Taste what Michael Scelfo does with short ribs, try brisket by Tiffani Faison, sip perfectly crafted cocktails by Domingo-Martin Barreres, and join in our live auction with NECN’s Jenny Johnson.
